Our community services are designed to support residents, feeders, volunteers, RWAs, local bodies, and authorities through structured, transparent, and solution-oriented engagement.
Animal Wellness Care
We offer holistic wellness care to ensure the physical and emotional well-being of every animal. Our dedicated team provides personalized care, including nutrition, exercise, and enrichment activities.
Spay and Neuter Services
We advocate for responsible pet ownership through our spay and neuter services. These procedures not only prevent overpopulation but also contribute to the overall health and well-being of animals.
Emergency Shelter and Care
In times of crisis, we provide emergency shelter and care for animals in need. Our shelter is equipped to handle various emergencies and provide immediate medical attention and support.

Across cities, towns, and villages, animals live alongside us every day. They are not outsiders. They are part of our shared ecosystem and our shared responsibility.
Over the years, I have witnessed how lack of awareness, misinformation, and absence of structured systems lead to unnecessary suffering — not only for animals, but also for communities. GOCAF was born to bridge this gap. We exist to mediate, educate, coordinate, and standardize animal welfare practices so that compassion and coexistence replace conflict.
